: 생각으로 가득 찬; 생각이 많은

자라면서 가지게 된 가치관과 생각, 일상을 살아가면서 직면하게 되는 현실과 이상 사이에서의 갈등, '나'를 괴롭혔던 '내' 머릿속 생각들을 담은 앨범이에요.

"누군가를 사랑하기 전에, 나 자신을 먼저 사랑하라"
뒤돌아 생각해보면 나 자신을 사랑했던 기억보다 내 속의 말은 무시해 버리고 스스로를 자책하는 일이 많았던 것 같습니다.
그리고 그 시간들 뒤에는 결국 스스로를 갉아먹는 상처만이 남아있더라구요.
저 또한 아직 '나'를 사랑하는 연습이 더 필요한 것 같아요. '나'는 세상에 하나뿐인 존재니까요.
